Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the WA Coexistence onboarding application (the "Service"), operated by Shristi Health & Power Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using the Service to connect a WhatsApp Business Account, you agree to these Terms.

What the Service does

The Service runs Meta's Embedded Signup flow to connect your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to WhatsApp Coexistence, and subscribes this app to receive your WABA's events — either to this app's own webhook, or, if you provide one, directly to a webhook URL you control. After onboarding, we do not sit in your message path unless you've asked us to.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy for any number you onboard through this Service, including opt-in requirements and message rate limits. We may stop providing the Service to you if your use of WhatsApp violates Meta's terms.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for interruptions to your WhatsApp messaging caused by Meta, your own infrastructure, or third parties.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
